Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct 1:1 ABA Therapy to our clients in the home setting. You will also follow individualized treatment plans. If you are enthusiastic and work with children with special needs and want to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform 1:1 Therapy
- Follow individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
